I got this recipe a week ago and I’ve already baked the bread two times (and ate them by myself, haha). This is one of the easiest banana bread recipes I’ve ever tried out, healthy and crazy good too!
3 small bananas or 2 big bananas
4,5 dl oats
4 tsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp baking soda
Salt, Cinnamon & Cardamom
Blend all the ingredients in a mixer and bake for 20 – 30 minutes at 175 C. I usually eat it just as it is or with some smashed avocado. Thank you Nina for the recipe! <3
